Couldn't You Just Eat Him Up???

We took Walker's newborn photos at 6 days old and I just can't get enough of them!  As soon as Kristy got me the proofs I went to work on the announcement and, fingers crossed, should be getting it sent out just in time to beat the one month mark!  Walker Roo, I never ever ever imagined my life with three little boys and now I cannot, even for one tiny second, imagine my life any other way!  My three littlest loves, you make your daddy and me so very happy!

No more naps

Ahhhh....it's happening....Wesley is dropping his nap.  It's a long day for him, but when he gets his nap, he's up at the ungodly hour of 5 am and if he doesn't get his nap, he's no good for car rides after 4 pm (he's out within minutes of leaving the driveway) and he's asleep within minutes a bedtime stories.  I am still encouraging quiet time, Mama still needs her downtime, but the daily nap is a thing of the past for my big boy.  Now his brothers on the other hand, they are still sawing logs come 1 pm!

Celebrating Great Grandma Fitz

Today we celebrated Great Grandma Jean and her 89th birthday!  She is looking forward to a big 90th bash next year just like Grandpa had this past August!  It was a great day to see family and for everyone to have a chance to meet Walker if they hadn't already!  We feel so blessed to live so close to almost everyone and our frequent get togethers make my heart happy.

Annual Pumpkin Patch Trip

We hit up Silveyville for our annual pumpkin patch trip and we even had some daddies tag along this year!  It's been so much fun watching the kiddos grow and we all look forward to our group pumpkin photo!  One of these years I'd love for there to be even just the slightest chill in the air so we could actually dress in fall clothes, but until then, the kiddos will rock their pumpkin tees anyways!

Walker's First Train Ride

The boys and I decided that Walker needed a train ride and Wesley desperately wanted to check out the new store we had watched going up for the past few months...I knew he was going to be disappointed when he saw it was an Off Saks and not a new red store (aka Target) like he was hoping...well the train ride was a success, Walker slept through all of it, and minus the spill Wyatt took out of the stroller, the walk to Off Saks was uneventful.  Wesley took one look around the store, saw there were no toys, and we left...that may be the safest way for me to shop these days, with three boys in tow!

2 weeks old already

We had Walker Roo's two week appointment today...how is it that two weeks has FLOWN by since his arrival?!?? Time seemed to be standing still right up until September 19th!  I am happy to report that Dr. Walker thinks our little Walker is one happy healthy dude and couldn't be more pleased with his growth.  He now weighs 10.8 pounds and is 22.5 inches long.  He is meeting all the milestones he should at the ripe old age of 16 days young and continues to bless our family as we find our groove as a fivesome!

My three sons

Adjusting to life with three crazy loving wild boys hasn't been too tricky yet...I don't make any claims of having time for everyday makeup or getting much sleep, but what I am not getting in the way of rest or primp time I am more than making up for with cuddles and kisses...I love this view of my new dinner time, one lucky mama!
